Misalignment of the eyes is called strabismus. They can drift in or out or vertically. Our pediatric ophthalmologist is trained to evaluate and treat these problems.

When vision is decreased in a child in one eye it may be amblyopia. This must be treated before a child's vision "hardwires" around the age of 10. These children are often discovered at Kindergarten or pediatric eye screens.
